yea these funds should and do exist ... i forget the names of the NGO's or whatever but they will help u with legal defense and what not ... but i agree there needs to be an advocate for the normal person who has to deal with this nightmare of a situation ... its always been crazy but not like this and its compounded by a very tense geo political situation ...
