I promised a post on chilis 🌶️ used in Thai cuisine 🇹🇭 so we go. It highlights what we are sold as 'Thai birds eye chilis' are nothing of the sort, they are in fact Thai Jinda chilis. Yes there are two types of birds eye chilis, 'Prik Kee Nok' and 'Prik Kee Noo', but both are smaller are hotter
