Ah, PVC. Is there anything you can't do?
Working on my first batch of cheese after taking a week-long cheesemaking class at the John C. Campbell Folk School in Brasstown, North Carolina. This is cream cheese, which is really easy to make. I'll try some fancier ones after my wife employs her considerable woodworking skills to make me a cheese press.
