So... we live at a very cool place. There are falling winds each night bc of nearby hills. Okay, "mountains" for flatlanders.
Now the idiot city planners laugh at feng shui, but one part is the hyperlocal climate. These winds should be managed (!) far into residential areas. Architects love to disect the landscape and block these cooling winds.
We have nornal heat island >30° in summer, but 15 to maaaaybe 19 for hours itm. There are supposedly more rural three story buildings
