They lie about the nutritional value of primary healthy foods such as wild-caught fish, meat and butter, instead intentionally misguide ppl into buying outright harmful super processed food with long lists of ingredients.

Plus they mix nutritional metrics and "environmental" metrics in one score. Nothing sane can come out of that. But it might explain why processed foods get better score. The companies are part of those stupid green programs like: for every X sold products we plant a tree.
