For algos that run only on relays you pull data from (or an extension of those via kind 10002) it could theoretically be performed client-side.
It could be too much burden for low power devices though. There are cool new things that can be done with local LLMs but we're not there yet
Also not if it involves discovery on the wider nostrverse
