Zara scoops ice cream’s rising star award

Zara Taylor, age 41, from Stafford, has won the Guido Morelli Rising Star 2024 award at the Ice Cream and Artisan Food Show in Harrogate. Zara started in the ice cream industry as a teenager and now works as a director at Tony's Ices. The award recognizes young talent or someone new to the industry who is going to make their mark.
