Good morning and TZAG, friends.
Thanks to my morning reading and guided meditation, I am again contemplating stillness #today. I have been doing better at stopping but still struggling choosing what to do moment to moment. Practicing some closer listening and understanding how arbitrary action clouds the stillness may help.
