Not yet, no. Kody(1) has an epigraph that's a Paul Simon quote: "If the answer is infinite light, why do we sleep in the dark?"
And Bodied(2) quotes directly from Cowboy Bebop, Hagakure (aka the book of the samurai), and Katanagatari, but those all happen in dialogue.
