You will publish your specs mainly to say that they are open. But not a soul will bother implementing them, and for a good reason, you can break the spec at will, otherwise you are destroying your ability to iterate on your product, and suddenly the random zero users devs demand that you take their consent before you update your schemas.... Lol won't happen.
