I am making Spätzle for a side dish tomorrow for our fam's Sunday dinner... we're kinda doing a whole German thing, my brother's making Rouladen and my sis in law is making Apfelstrudel.... what is the best sauce to use that would go along with the Rouladen that's kind of a savory but not too bold sauce you would go with for that?
