How about holding the manufacturers responsible for the deaths caused by their designs and the accumulated lobbying they have done to foster dangerous streets.
You thought 9 deaths by this driver is a problem - and for sure, its an outrage. But 5 people die and 42 people are seriously injured on Canadian roads *every day*. We have an epidemic of road violence. It stems from vehicles that are designed to be driven aggressively, and roads designed to help this.
