You can say what you want, but you aren't immune from the consequences of what you say. Private organizations don't have to abide by constitutional rights in their businesses. Dept's of Labor/OSHA don't care about constitutional rights. Ironically we live in a "free" country but spend most of our waking hours in dictatorships.
