I don't know about the recent remake, but the original VN doesn't have a single route without the main character raping someone, the changes in the timeline based on your choices don't make sense narratively and the overall story is pretty mediocre. It was honestly a waste of my time at its best moments and a bad experience at its worst. I know the original anime is also dog shit in more ways than one though I have not watched it.
There isn't much you'll learn from Tsukihime that you won't learn from other entries if you're interested in the nasuverse anyway, just skip it.
