This Gizmodo story says "Prosecutors also allege that Facebook violated the United States Wiretap Act," but links to court listener, which seems to be all about a class action.
I have two important questions:
1 - is there an actual criminal prosecution involved, or were the journalists misinformed?
2 - If there's a prosecution, where's the criminal complaint?
