Just put a batch of sourdough burger/sandwich buns in the oven! In 22 min there will be golden goodness.
Its good for me to have things I'm well practiced at making in between my experimental stuff. Helps keep me from getting too down when I don't get something perfect the first time.
Perfection on 1st try never happens, btw 3-4 times seems to be about my magic number to be able to nail a new baking endeavor.
