He also helpfully found for me the instructions on how to disable it; unfortunately the instructions are (1) for some reason in the middle of API documentation [I'm nitpicking] (2) incorrect. It says to go to "Settings > System > Languages & input > Advanced > Input assistance > Autofill service" But I have no "Advanced" in that pane
