Hi Fedi! I'm looking for software advice.
I would very much like to find a point a point of sale system for our bookstore which allows us to use a unified inventory in store and on our website.
Ideally, the online portion will be barcode/ISBN aware and pull appropriate stock images for books (but also allow us to list products that aren't books in the store and on the website!)
I've found one suggestion so far: Bookmanager, which looks like it'll do absolutely everything I need. (So obviously, there's a catch.)
Bookmanager does personalized onboarding for new customers, and their next free appointment is in 2025. You can't buy the software without the onboarding.
So I need a solution for today, and possibly forever, that isn't Bookmanager.
