No run this morning, it turns out that falling off Malta, back into the sea yesterday, as I was getting out after my swim. I have ended up a lot more bruised than I realised..black bruises and grazes all along my right side from ankle to shoulder... not the way I wanted to end yesterday or start today, but I'll be ok after ice and rest for my Saturday swim at least.
