First line, the bogus 'nurse' is a woman ('a woman pretending to be a nurse was able to assist with the care of a patient and access sensitive medical records'). But then there's this clumsy sentence halfway through:
'the person - who identified themselves as an agency nurse - was handed the treatment plans of the patients'.
Seems like unnecessary grammatical gymnastics if it was actually a woman.
Any local news? This was in St Andrews Community Hospital in Fife.
