I am not sure where to find the actual minutes or vote totals, but CNBC did bother to pass on that none of the outside proposals passed:

This isn't some tidal wave of investors standing up for DEI, it is business as usual. The board recommended against these outside proposals and the vast majority of shareholders just went with the board's recommendations.
