After adding wss://hist.nostr.land to my list of relays, how do I actually restore a backup? Is there a way to have a historical view of my kind 3? E.g., say that "random vibecoded client X" corrupted my follow list and it was backed up to nostr.land, can I restore a previous version? How about follow sets (kind 30000), can I restore them as well?
(Sorry for so many questionz).
