It's easy to imagine, that because God sent his only Son to die for Christians, as part of His plan to raise a people, that He would suspend carrying out judgment on the world while it still exists.
I always tell myself to refrain from thinking in such a way that would restrain God's ultimate sovereignty to dispose of us as He sees fit.
