Sourdough bread. A legacy of the pandemic lock down that has stayed with me. Once I had mastered bread I then kinda moved on to other baking challenges. It's now pretty much an engrossing hobby.
I do loaves rather than the traditional boule because it makes a more efficient sandwich.
