I'd like to clarify that I condemn all threats of violence against politicians—but I have no idea what Cameron thought she was doing, asking an English Tory minister to override the Scottish parliament in favour of her personal bigotry. That's not one, but two, political third rails she decided to piss on: transphobia isn't popular in Scotland *and* she undercut her own party's central cause.
(It'd be like a Tory MP advocating the dictatorship of the proletariat and guillotines for oligarchs.)
