Honestly, given that the help "description" of Test-Path says:
The `Test-Path` cmdlet determines whether all elements of the path exist.
I think the current behavior _is_ a bug, and it SHOULD be doing what Leon Bambrick (npub1emr…xc68) and you expected: testing each element of the path, not just the final location.
