There's a pancake thread going, and one recipe called for 1 stick of butter and 1 cup of flour.
Triggered, I've been craving my fave butter load, the Kouign-amann, for several hours now. And while the Brittany tourist site below says "made of butter and sugar" instead of "with", ignoring the flour is true to the spirit of this cake, 😉.
Also, forget *every single non-Breton* recipe! They are garbage.
