If you view these threads in satalite earth it doesn't have any spam control. So you see replies for bitcoin drop garbage. He's talking to spam bots you can't see in your client.
Spam is gonna be a huge problem on nostr and dealing with it while making it easy to talk to new people I think is gonna be a hard engineering problem to solve
