It is exactly as valid, or possibly more so, to claim that it is the employer that is performing "attempted extortion with the commuters of Stockholm as hostages" by refusing to listen to the needs of those that produce that profit for the State of China.
The subway and commuter trains of Stockholm are run for profit by MTR, which is a government-owned Hong Kong corporation, which since the takeover means... the authoritarian State-Capitalist, genocidal, anti-labor union State of China.
