Looks like Windows 11 removed the local "Windows Backup" feature that was in Windows 10 and replaced it with a Microsoft OneDrive "cloud-only" version.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I can not find the feature in Windows 11 where you can set a scheduled backup to a local disk.
