My story is similar, but I deleted Facebook a long time ago and never had Instagram. And I started on X, but I'm more here now, and I post almost nothing there. I only keep my account because of Grok and because there are official pages I follow, like Formula 1. There are intelligent people there too, but most of it is noise.
