I'm Australian so it's too far anyway but may I suggest not washing the eggs.
Washing eggs removes the protective bloom layer which reduces shelf life and dramatically increases the danger of food poisoning (the bloom layer is what stops bacteria getting into the eggs)
Instead of washing the eggs just wipe them clean to remove any poo or feathers that gets stuck to them.
Just wipe them down with a dry wash cloth or paper towels.
