Hey Fosstodon hive mind, I've got a question: I have a dual boot laptop with Windows 7. I only used Win 7 in the past for firmware updates on my old Sony camera (which is no longer supported). So now I need to run a utility (FORScan) to hack my car's computer but it only runs in Windows 10x. I'm seeing Win 10 OEM DVDs on eBay for ~$40, but it says on the disk sleeve that you need "OEM pre-installation tools" to use it. Is that true or do the tools only streamline installation? Thoughts? Thanks!
