hey woodworkers!
my landlord surprised me by removing the plum tree in front of my window :( but I have (with permission) absconded with a big piece of the trunk. :) I hear it's nice to work with?
I don't have the skills to do that, but I'm daydreaming about paying someone else to. how should I keep the very green wood in the meantime? let it dry, I'm guessing? remove the bark or leave it? should I get it fully inside before the wet season? (I don't have much space but I can make some if need be)
