and in that, he was right. if Fujitsu refused to allow anyone outside Fujitsu to audit the source code, then only one conclusion can be drawn from that - and legislation needs to solve that, by prohibiting subcontractors from withholding source code from those to whom they are contracted. in any situation, but especially in public situations, or situations where there is evidence of a flaw in the software.
and certainly, Horizon must now be independently audited as a matter of urgency. both in its current version, and in all of its previous versions.
