I'm actively unfollowing people who post about how, "Voting for #ThirdParties are allowing #Trump to win," or, worse, reposting that stupid Dan Gooden "critics of #NeoLiberalism" post.
This is the kind of thinking, this #fearmongering , that has kept the two party system in power for so long. Every election since I can remember has been a "fight for #democracy " where "the stakes have never been higher."
True, we finally have open #Fascists instead of discreet ones running for office, but the alternative is a #capitalist , #genocide -empowering, #union -betraying #Dixiecrat who will delay but do nothing to ultimately stop the ultimate descent into #Fascism and oppression of the #WorkingClass .
If you think #JoeBiden is the best choice for the nation, I won't argue those merits with you. Everyone has their priorities. If you believe a #ThirdParty candidate is the best option, no one should have the power to take that from you. I believe #Democrats and #NeoLibs continue to betray us and only stay in power by (usually) doing less poorly than #Republicans . And money.
Do I believe a #ThirdParty candidate will win? Absolutely not. Will I be voting for one? Probably. It's time for change. It's time to find a decent candidate instead of settling for one the two best-funded options.
