Well into the time of year I contemplate building a ~20°C heated enclosure for storing butter. Yeah, sure, it goes against all standards of food hygiene... but it's butter, it's fine. For 6+ months of the year our kitchen blowtorch sees far more use assisting the spreading of butter than all other uses combined.

Maybe this is the year I'll build it, got a bunch of spare 50mm insulation panel.
