ADHD meds are wild. Just changed from Concerta to Elvanse, and it's... weird.
Concerta would make me maximally aware of my surroundings. Felt like being a character in a spy movie: "I just entered this room and I've already noticed _everything_ about it".
Elvanse is different. Instead of "high res surveillance camera" mode, it puts me in "absolute laser focus" mode. I notice every single detail on the one thing I'm looking at... but notice absolutely nothing else around me
