If I had to choose only 1 thing? Remove the filibuster.
The filibuster's main use, is pinning the US to the right, and preventing progress on civil rights. Without it, we would get:
* Voter rights
* Campaign finance reform
Which would lead to:
* More progressive candidates.
Who tend to be more diverse. Not just more Black, but more brown, and more women.
If 2 things:
Remove the filibuster, and criminal justice reform.
3 things:
Remove filibuster, CJ reform, and college sports NIL.
