I don't get the point. No benefit medical records being stored on Nostr.
I can store my records on device and if anyone wants it I can send it via the internet, say an API, or P2P connection
What's going to happen is people aren't going to back it up and relays will delete these events leading to a permanent loss of medical records, people leak their key and their records get exposed and so on...
