The question is now "what warrrants a deportation"
The GOP were just on record saying "a DUI is a deportable offense, even if you had it before you came here"
The classic republican answer was "if you've gotten here illegally or overstayed"
But the answer will need to be "yeah, if your parents didn't come here legally, you get deported too" at a minimum. The GOP is scared to go here.
The extreme option is "if you aren't american enough"
