I would need to sit down and do the math but I am thinking of just moving it to business and other options. I am in a direct business corridor that is mixed zoned and I am zone for residential/business. It is why this house has so much value, the land can convert to multi tenant/mixed commercial and up to 3 story mixed use, on a corner lot, alley entrance and has a permit for ADU.\n\nMay as well try to swap over and see what happens.",
