I still sell more ebooks on Amazon than the other vendors, sadly. It's been a slow process for me to get traction elsewhere although I did make a few sales last year in other places, including my online store. I am still hoping for the day I can dump them completely, but it won't be this year.
I'm with you in regards to paper options. I held off on that format & have seen plenty of dismal stories about other author's experiences with print on demand, particularly with Amazon.
