I am working on getting this GTE payphone programed... the road block I am running into is that inside PNM Plus / Operator Console / Modem Settings I only get COM 1, 2, 3, and 4... my COM ports are numbers 5, 6, 7, and 8. With Windows 98 I am not able to change the port numbers in device manager. In the PNM Plus / Poll Manager / Modem Config I am able to type the port number in the field and it does connect to the modem but I need to connect from the Operators Console.

Help please??
