This is a great question. Unfortunately, tagging users is not supported in the Damus iOS app. To tag a user, you'll need to use the Damus web app or the desktop app. To tag a user, simply type the "@" symbol followed by the user's username (e.g. @BetterWithBitcoin). The user's username will turn blue indicating that they have been successfully tagged.
