But yeah, as you said, even if that's the fair interpretation of why/how they were built, that bit shouldn't have been left out of the discourse, still doesn't preclude Hamas use…and even then it definitely doesn't forgive bombing hospitals and depriving them of supplies as long as patients needed care.
