Gm if you enjoy this line of thinking, then check out Ken Wilber. He expanded upon Gardner's work and developed Integral Theory. He encourages people to identify and develop their weak lines of development, and to capitalize on their strong ones. My favorite book of his is Integral Meditation: Mindfulness as a Way to Grow Up, Wake Up, and Show Up in Your Life.
