iOS has great support for end-to-end encryption with Apple services. They have Advanced Data Protection for iCloud to make their main services involving user data end-to-end encrypted. It still has various telemetry and less control / transparency for things like network location.
/e/OS has similar privacy invasive services as iOS, but no Advanced Data Protection equivalent. They encourage giving your data to theirservices and lack a way to make that end-to-end encrypted.
