I'll tell you what happened. I spoke with a neighbor this week that sounded like she was slurring when she talked. She then asked me to excuse her because she had come down with Parkinson's 2 years ago and it is accelerating now. I looked up the symptoms and slurring is one of them. Think about it. She never interviews. Rarely speaks openly. Why was Watts picked? To be the gregarious vocal person so she can hide?
I don't know , Maybe just a drunk.
