Two problems as a creator just to point out who has been trying this
1) Peertube can’t properly displace YouTube content a lot of income is from sponsorships, the user base just isn’t there
2) Sync doesn’t always work, YouTube has been cracking down on that and I’ve tried on three different instances and YouTube broke sync from being able to transfer my content.
